Ju Ju’s Awarded 5 H’s




We are delighted to announce that following Birmingham City Councils Environmental Health inspection Ju Ju’s was awarded the maximum score of 5H’s.
So what’s this all about?
The scores range from 0H’s(poor) to 5H’s (excellent) and covers the following areas:-
Hygiene – general cleaning, control of pests, prevention of cross contamination, temperature control and washing facilities
Structure – the state of repair of the premises, including walls, ceilings, floors and equipment.
Confidence in management – how well the food business is being managed, whether good food safety management systems (HACCP) are in place.
In short, all of our customers can enjoy the delicious fresh food we prepare and serve with the confidence that it has been prepared under stringent hygienic conditions.
This is a great result for us and a big well done to the team, Steve, Mel, Dewi and Aiga for making this possible.

Turkey Crown
