CHRISTMAS MENU



  To Start


Roasted vine tomato soup
Garnished with a basil cream rose & served with warm bread

Ju Ju’s prawn cocktail
Baby prawns, butter croutons &  spring onions coated in our rich Marie rosé sauce set on a warm Ciabatta bread

Cool melon wave
A crown wave of honey dew melon, winter forest compote topped with a sweet
passion fruit crème fraiche

Pate
Luxury Smooth chicken & brandy pate,
with a sweet apple chutney
 and sherrads of Melba toast


  Mains


Turkey Crown

British turkey breast topped with a pork & chestnut stuffing.  Served with ‘pigs in blankets’ and rich turkey gravy

Mushroom Wellington

Pan fried mushrooms in garlic butter, infused with thyme in a blue cheese sauce with spinach & encased in a hazelnut pastry

King Prawn Lemon sole

Poached sole garnished with king prawns and a sweet chilli cream
Served with spaghetti vegetables

Fillet steak

Pan cooked fillet steak
With a rich mushroom & pepper Ju
(£5.00 supplement)

Roast potatoes & a seasonal vegetable bowl

With a raspberry sauce

Christmas pudding
A moist Christmas pudding with traditional mixed fruit and spices.

     A Non-refundable £10.00 deposit per guest is payable at the time of booking and will be deducted from the final bill
